Dear Hutma, heres to how far we' ve come in the last 2 years, and heres to hopefully many more. If not for you I'd have never discovered such a rich history and culture, nor had such an opportunity to practice and improve my writing, nor played the masterpiece that is The Banner Saga. Much of what I've researched has served as inspiration for a story someday, and it will owe its existence to you. Meeting you changed my life for the better, and for that I am immensely grateful.

I’m glad you decided to embark on this grand project so long ago, because it provided an opportunity for me to meet y’all, and more importantly for people to come together, learn, share, contribute, laugh, and vent. Every person here has been made better because of what you have done. Happy birthday, here’s to many more.

Happy Birthday Hutma! It's been almost two years now that a young lad discovered ToI on steam. At first I thought yeah just help them a little what much else could there be.

Now I'm sitting here two years older with still not a single line of code delivered but many friends richer. Joining this community brought a lot of good stuff for me, it helped me become a better human.

Which you are most surely a part of. You had, and still have, incredible patience with me which I honestly don't deserve. Everyone else would have gotten rid of me as a modder already.

So I, and the others, want to thank you for being such an incredible human being on your special day. Have fun with the gifts cough we cough bought you and stay just as you have been.
